What I worked on

  • Landing page design
  • Core product screens
  • Payment flow UX
  • Web + mobile

Converj is a B2B payments platform, issued with partner banks, that lets buyers extend payment terms through a Treasury Card and lets suppliers get paid early - without either side taking on new debt.

The challenge

Buyers and suppliers want opposite things from the same invoice

Buyers want more time to pay. Suppliers want to get paid sooner. Converj needed a product that gave both sides what they wanted, on rails a bank would actually approve - and it needed to exist in a week, before the first pilot-bank meeting.

The approach

Designing around the bank's own workflow

Converj ships white-labelled inside partner banks' own platforms - ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla Capital. Every screen had to read as the bank's product first, Converj second: their logo, their colour, their existing information hierarchy.

One card, two outcomes

The same Treasury Card either extends a buyer's payment term or pays a supplier early, depending on who initiates it. Reusing one component - and one mental model - for both sides is what made a one-week build realistic.

The landing page

Explaining a financial product in cards, not paragraphs

Early payment, dynamic discounting, the buyer-seller flow, and the analytics behind it - broken into cards a finance lead can scan in a minute.

The product

Nine screens, from the morning dashboard to the 9:30pm checkout

From the overview a bank's finance team opens every morning, to invoicing, to the payment and repayment flows buyers and suppliers actually touch.

Converj Manage Invoices table with status badges for overdue, due soon, in review and rejected
Converj Create Invoice screen with tax code, PO number, dispatch address and line items
Converj Manage Payouts screen listing payment files with in progress, completed and returned status
Upload payment file and digital signature modal with success confirmation
Converj repayment schedule with Pay Later and Pay Early options across upcoming invoices

Pay Later or Pay Early - the same schedule, read two different ways.

Converj repayment option with surcharge amount shown inline on hover

The surcharge for extending a term, shown inline - never a hidden fee.

Converj mobile payment confirmation screen with CVV entry

Paying on mobile - card, amount and CVV, nothing else competing for attention.

Built in a week. Shipped inside two banks.

Designed to look like it belonged to the bank first - Converj second.
