Green Getaways was buried in WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and manual bookings. So I built the fix myself - live availability, payments, and automated confirmations. From problem to production in 2 weeks.

Designed the landing page and core product for a bank-issued Treasury Card - giving buyers extra time to pay and suppliers same-day cash. Built in one week, shipped inside two banks.

A self-directed style exploration: one ink-and-lime accent system, 40+ screens across onboarding, home, transactions and profile, and the pattern guidelines to make it scale.

Pelagos - the design system behind Geoserve's maritime platforms

Foundations, a 12-component library, and a real operations dashboard built entirely from it - documented the same way every pattern should be: definition, anatomy, states, usage notes.

Alongside the product work at Converj, I hired and mentored the design team - establishing workflows and design standards, and turning a single-person design function into a structured, high-output team.

Led end-to-end design for web and mobile MVP within a six-month timeline. Partnered with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and drive alignment. Built a Claude-based design-to-development workflow that cut delivery time on every feature - and the impact was big enough that business stakeholders now use the same workflow themselves to turn requirements directly into working prototypes.
